WORD   AND   WORK
A MONTHLY MAGAZINE
SET TO DECLARE THE WHOLE COUNSEL OF GOD

      * The issues of Word and Work for January 1916 through July 1919 (Volumes 9 through 12) are misnumbered on the mastheads as Volumes 10 through 13. In the issue for August 1919 this error is corrected, but no written explanation is offered in the pages of the magazine. The volume numbers are corrected as follows: Volume 9 (1916), Volume 10 (1917), Volume 11 (1918), Volume 12 (1919).

Notes:

  1. R. H. Boll did not claim a copyright on publications issued by Word and Work. Prior to 1989 the use of the copyright notice was mandatory on all published works; not placing the notice in the required form on the recto or verso of the title page resulted in the works' being in the public domain.
  2. Co-Editors with R. H. Boll: Stanford Chambers, H. L. Olmstead, E. L. Jorgenson.
  3. Word and Work was printed under contract by the Pentecostal Publishing Company, Louisville, KY, from January 1916 through June 1930; thereafter, by the Janes Printing Company, 1046 Dudley Avenue, Louisville, KY.
  4. The Lord's Day Lessons are no longer included as part of the magazine after Volume 26, No. 2, February 1933. See "News and Notes" for May 1933, p. 90, for announcement of this change to the contents.
  5. Editorial Offices:
    1. 2605 Montgomery Street, Louisville, KY, January 1916-December 1923.
    2. 2626 Montgomery Street, Louisville, KY, December 1923-May 1927.
    3. 1045 Everett Avenue, Louisville, KY, June 1927-February 1932.
    4. Baxter Station, Louisville, KY, March 1932-December 1933.
