      Gary L. Lee was born and reared in Detroit, Michigan. His family moved to Columbus, Georgia in 1967 and he graduated from high school in 1969.

      He is a graduate of Atlanta Christian College, East Point, Georgia with a B. A. degree in 1973 and again in 1974 with a B. Th. degree. He received a M. A. degree from Lincoln Christian Seminary. Lincoln, Illinois in 1981. He also has studied at the Mid-Continent Baptist Bible College, Mayfield, Kentucky. He is presently a Doctor of Religion student at Summit Theological Seminary, Peru, Indiana.

      Gary has served churches in Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi and Alabama. He now lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia and attends the Snellville Christian Church, Snellville, Georgia.
