Revival News.

BRO. FORNEY:--

I commenced our second protracted meeting at Union School House, Dec. 7th. Soon after I was joined by my beloved and true yoke mate, Bro. Cassel, and the King Himself was in the camp. The house was much crowded, but the order was good, for which the young folks deserve great respect. Conviction was general and some nights every place that a penitent could kneel was occupied. Converting power was much wanting, and many sought long without obtaining pardon, which discouraged others from making the effort. The meeting continued nineteen nights, results, ninteen converted and reclaimed and eight accessions. The Church is all alive, and is going right forward to erect a good, commodious Bethel.

I left Bro. Cassel a week ago, with a good meeting in progress at Anderson Bethel. After traveling eighty miles over rough roads, visiting brethren in Indiana and Vanvert co., Ohio, I arrived here last Saturday. This point, two miles south-east of Delphos, Allen co., Ohio, I first visited last September, and found Bro. Noah Miller and family standing alone, firm to the principle of the Church of God, the pillar and ground of truth, upon which I have now pitched my tent here and commenced to do battle for the Lord.

Bless God, the prospect of victory is very good. Pray for the salvation of souls and establishment of the Church in this place. Come and help us.
