Austin, Texas, 1901. Now minister at Maysville,
Ky.

in Oskaloosa College 1875; President of
Bible College at Fairfield, Neb., one year. He
has been a preacher thirty-four years, and has
been editorially connected with the leading papers
of the Churches of Christ.

Born Estill county, Ky., 1844; began public
school, Sunday school and church work 1863-4;
led by this into the ministry 1880; married Miss
Amanda Covington, 1865; ministered to churches
in the counties of Estill, Madison and Clark for a
number of years; was evangelist for the Estill,
Jackson and Madison Co-operation of Churches
for a time; now lives at Union City, Madison
county and preaches occasionally.
