Died:

Educated in the public schools of his native county and Abingdon College. As pastor, he served the churches at Stillwell, Columbus, Rushville, Carrollton, Girard, Shelbyvllle and Petersburg. He is a leader among the Odd Fellows of Illinois. He was first elected to the State Legislature in 1909, and is now (1913) serving his third term.
