     Thanks to Mrs. Roy Chinn (Mo.) for 5 subs.... James Graddy writes that ten brethren now meet in Greenland.... Dale Schlieper (Ill.) likes most of the thoughts expressed in the paper.... Harold Shasteen conducted a vacation study at Kirksville (Mo.) closing with a meeting for young people June 22, 23.... We regret to learn of the illness of Bro. James Deardorff at Hale (Mo.).... Norman Hawbaker (Ill.) says he was much impressed with the May issue of the paper and believes that a new day may be dawning for restoration.... S. M. Davis writes that the congregation at Sun Valley (W. Va.) is going to invite every man who claims Jesus for his Master to sit down and discuss those things which are a barrier to unity among the people of God. We are sorry to learn that the father of Bro. Davis and also Bro. Paul Johnson, of the congregation, are both quite ill.... Fred Killebrew conducted funeral services for Dennie Minix at Flat Rock (Mo.) May 17. He was killed in an automobile accident.... Jerry Mattoon was immersed into Christ at Phoenix (Ariz.) May 15, and he and Barbara Riggen were married after the midweek service on May 29, with Lloyd Riggins performing the ceremony.... Mrs. Stella Skomp (Ind.) enjoys the paper a great deal, especially the article "That They All May Be One.... Roy Loney reported from Las Animas (Colo.) that he was helping the brethren lay hardwood floors in the class rooms, and also said C. R. Turner was in a good work at La Junta.... Hugo Earwood, Hershel Ottwell, John Fleener and Bob Campbell labored to assist the three families meeting at Danville (Ill.) during the past month. They went from door to door with the message of truth.... J. Holmes, of Goole, Yorkshire, England writes of "The Royal Priesthood' as follows, "Your book surpasses all of my previous reading for depth, scripturalness, and withal, simplicity." We appreciate these words from an aged disciple of the Christ.... Verla Foltz, Hale (Mo.) made funds available for sending eight more books to brethren overseas.... W. J. Cole sends an interesting report of his work at Nelson, New Zealand, and we rejoice at the prospects there.... John B. Wash reports an excellent study conducted by Robert Brumback at Anderson (Ind.).... A study of the topic "Heresy and Schism" occupied a full day at Webster Groves (Mo.) May 25.... Thanks to Norman Wilkey (Ill.) for ten subs.... Lottie Langdon (Iowa) liked the last issue of the paper.... Paul Harmon reports from Champaign (Ill.) that Bob Campbell spends his day off each week in personal evangelism. John Fleener will aid the brethren there in a Vacation Bible Study.... C. R. Turner assisted the Dean Avenue congregation in Des Moines (Iowa) in a study.... Ellis Crum finished a singing school and Bible study course at Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and was scheduled for work at Vincennes, Indiana.... Brethren at Pleasant Point and Eureka congregations, near Meadville (Mo.) are combining to erect a meeting house in town. We are sorry to learn of the illness of Bro. Frank Botts of Meadville.... We regret to report injuries sustained in highway accidents by two members of the Compton (Calif.) congregation, Charles Smith and Mildred Darue.... Jordan Wen, from Formosa, spoke several times recently at Lawrence, Kansas. He is attending school in this country.... Wilbur Swearingin and Roy Loney started a study at Mexico, Missouri, June 3, after which they went to Bogard (Mo.) to assist in a study.... J. D. Phillips spent five weeks with the congregations at Lowery and Earlytown, both on Route 2, Kinston, Alabama....

Urdell Steinert sends her commendation of the article on "Class Controversy".... Lloyd Riggins was with the Riverside (Calif.) congregation May 26.... Roy Munger, Des Moines, Iowa, says the articles entitled "The Power of Christianity" and "Positive and Negative" are the best he ever read.... Five of us had the privilege of worshiping with the little group of disciples at Hibbing, Minnesota recently, and enjoyed the opportunity of being with them.... Bud Moyers is attending summer school at the Rolla (Mo.) School of Mines.... It is apparent that a great number of students will attend the Flat River (Mo.) study to be taught by Leroy Garrett and the editor.... Thanks to William Gahr (Mo.) for five subs.... Ronald and Alice Hasten (Ill.) tell us that the articles make them stronger and they pray we may keep up the wonderful crusade.... Albert Winstanley says the meetings at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England, are drawing more interested non-members than for a long time.... Ellis Crum writes that orders are now being taken for late fall delivery of the new song book, when the third edition comes from the press. There are just a few hundred books remaining in the second edition. We suggest you place orders now for future delivery.... Tom Dennis was at Summersville (Mo.) June 2-14.... Ellis Crum immersed one at Windsor (Canada) May 27.... Jordan Wen, of Formosa, recently spoke in the Springfield (Mo.) area.... Olive Chaffee (Calif.) orders extra copies of the May issue and says many articles in the paper are very good.... L. V. and Eulah Thomason celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary at Kennett (Mo.) Agnes Wilson reports a Bible study at Springfield (Mo.) with Wilford Landes helping. She says the articles in the paper present a challenge to clear thinking and study.... W. C. Conrad says he is praying that now the brotherhood has been aroused we may be able to restore the cause and church of our Lord throughout the whole world. He lives in Michigan.... Darrell Bolin reports brethren present from 9 congregations at Mount Eagle (Penn.) for services June 1, 2. We regret that Sister Bolin had to undergo surgery on May 29. Two former members of the Methodist Church and a member of the Roman Catholic Church were immersed at Mount Eagle May 10.... We again recommend to all young men and women the new book "Life and Love--A Christian View of Sex." It will be the best $2.50 you have spent in a long time.... Daniel Munger, who has been working in the Pennsylvania area has returned to Saint Louis.... Leroy Garrett was with brethren at Grassy, near Arab (Ala.) recently, and went from there to Sulphur Springs, Indiana.... Fred Killebrew and Jim Mabery were among the speakers at the annual all day meeting at Bonne Terre (Mo.).... An all day service was held at Gerald (Mo.) on June 16.... C. W. Murray, Halifax, Nova Scotia, thinks a series on the use of instrumental music in worship would be profitable.... Send in your renewal at once.
