We regret to report the death of James Ward, 77, of the congregation at Lemons (Mo.).... We are pleased to learn of the improvement, after serious illness, of Bro. and Sister Baines, of Morley, Yorkshire (England). Nell and I spent happy hours in their home.... A crowd of 150 persons attended the all day discussion at Hartford (Ill.) March 22. The editor and Leroy Garrett spoke on "Whom Shall We Disfellowship?" The audience freely questioned the speakers.... Roy Loney announces a series of tracts on the topic, "Why Do People Not Agree Religiously?" which he says will be a doctrinal approach to present day divisions. Two aged saints, W. W. Shay and Dora Chasteen, are seriously ill in City Hospital, St. Louis.... The editor is scheduled to be in Arab (Ala.) the first of May....
