Leroy Garrett attended a meeting of educators at Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, in a study of the alcohol problem as it affects the schools and nation.... Jim Mabery was at Sullivan (Ind.) on August 10.... Our hearts rejoice that reconciliation and unity was produced between the North Lawrence and 19th and Vermont congregations, at Lawrence (Kans.) during the meeting of Borden Higginbotham.... Vernon Hurst was in a series of meetings at Farmington (N. Mex.) August 17-22.... Brethren at Mount Ayr (Iowa) still need some funds for their building. C. R.
