Bro. Lydic will be assisted by his brother, Phil, as well as by Obert Henderson and other capable writers and interested students of the Word.... The March, 1963, issue of the Midwest Admonisher, published by William H. Clapper, P. 0. Box 584, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has an excellent article entitled "The 'Authorized' King James Version." We suggest that you write for a copy of the paper which also contains some other excellent material.... Brethren within the non-instrument segment of the disciple brotherhood who hold the pre-millenial view with reference to the coming of our Lord, publish at least three papers. These are The Word and Work, 2518 Portland Avenue, Louisville 12, Kentucky; The Exhorter P.O. Box 715, College Station, Hammond, Louisiana; and The Evangelist, 1230 Cabot Drive, Dallas 17, Texas.... One group of the brethren who oppose classes for Bible study, publish Christian Appeal, at 900 North M Street, Tulare, California. An editorial in the January issue announces certain changes in the format with a special series on Christian homes and related topics.... The Restoration Herald is published monthly, except August, by the Christian Restoration Association, 406 Elm Street, Cincinnati 2, Ohio. The editorial in the February issue was devoted to a discussion of the book by Dr. Ralph Elliott under the title, "The Message of Genesis." It was this book which caused Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, Missouri, to ask for Dr. Elliott's resignation on October 26, 1962.... One of the neater magazines to reach us each month is called Truth Magazine. It is edited by Cecil Willis, with William E. Wallace as assistant editor, and the address is Box 7245, Akron 6, Ohio. Special attention is focused on opposition to institutionalism in the churches.... ... The editor spoke at the Homecoming at Johnson Bible College, near Knoxville, Tennessee, to a large audience. Two question forums were also held in which the audience participated.... The final session of the "Studies in Depth" was held at Hartford, Illinois, February 23. Among the speakers were Walter Short, Robert Gulledge, Harold Key, James Mabery, Paul Logue, and J. C. Bailey. The latter will soon go to India as a missionary to the province of Assam.... A special meeting of interest to young people will be held at 1212 South 34th Street, Decatur, Illinois, Friday through Sunday, June 21 - 23, with the first meeting scheduled for Friday evening. The congregation at Elwood, Indiana, is offering a three weeks special training course for all young men interested in doing evangelistic work.
