     Don H. Byers writes from Thailand that he finds "Thoughts on Fellowship" highly stimulating.... Larry B. Sullivan reports a lectureship at the Church of Christ, Ransom, Kansas, Sept.30-Oct. 5, with the following talks: "Fellowship and Loyalty" by Loren McCord, Phillipsburg, Kansas; "Local Autonomy" by Raymond McDaniel, Hoisington, Kansas; "Truth and Tradition" by Keith Mitchell, Hays, Kansas; and "Interpretation and Legalism" by Robert Meyers, Wichita, Kansas. While all of the speakers were from non-instrument congregations, members of other segments of the restoration brotherhood attended and were welcomed as brothers in Christ.... They are meeting in a building wholly inadequate to their present requirements, but own a lot and have the foundation for a modest structure already laid. Ray Oxley reports excellent meetings with James Mabery at North Ozark and Brixey congregations in southern Missouri. Brother Mabery spoke to 700 school students at Gainesville and also addressed the students at Almartha, Missouri.... Bernie Crum, Carl Painter and Bernell Weems spoke at the 4Oth anniversary of the Canalou, Missouri, congregation, Sept. 29, to a full house.... We regret to report the death of R. C. Yadon at Kansas City, Missouri, Sept.22. Bro. Yadon, who had preached for more than 50 years was buried at "Tent Chapel" near Blockton, Iowa.... We are saddened to chronicle the death of our aged sister, Ella Sutterfield, River Rouge, Michigan, October 8. She was 87 years old.... We sincerely regret to report the death of the father of our brother, E. L. Keesling, who passed away at Middletown, Indiana, September 24. Brother Keesling lost his mother on May 18, and two other near relatives within the last ten months. Our hearts go out to all the bereaved.... A group of consecrated native brethren in the Philippines stand in need of a mimeograph machine and ample supplies to produce the message of truth in the languages of the people.
