     The editor takes pleasure in announcing that the May, June and July issues of MISSION MESSENGER will contain a series of special articles which will challenge the thinking of all who are heirs of the restoration movement. This series has been written to shake us from our lethargy and to force us to re-think some of our positions. The articles will be titled: A Redemptive Society; Orthodoxy and Reformation; and Prophet and Priest. The first will deal with the nature of the church of God and will shatter some of the false images of the church in the minds of many; the second will show the clash between traditional forms and the fresh insights that must come to save us from atrophy and death; the third will go to the very heart and core of our own sectarian attitudes.

     We make mention of these in advance so that you will have ample opportunity to urge your friends to subscribe. We assure you that you will feel that these three issues alone are worth the dollar which pays for a whole year's subscription. Why not see if you can enroll your entire Bible class as readers and students? Is it not about time that we quit nibbling around the edges of the Christian concept and start really thinking?
