Attendance and interest were both good when I
spoke at the Campus Conference of Louisville Bible College, under
sponsorship of the Alumni Association. Lanny D. Amy presided over
the meetings.... We regret to report the death of our brother, J.
R. Clark, Louisville, Kentucky, on December 2. He was an

good friend in the departure of our aged brother, Robert
Frampton, of Scottdale, Pennsylvania, in November.... On December
6, William Owen, Beech Grove, Arkansas, departed this life, and
we are saddened by the fact that we shall not see him when we are
in that area.... F. L. Lemley, who has been working with the
Wheat Ridge Heights congregation in Denver, Colorado, will be
moving to New Jersey in February to assist the saints at Red
Bank.... We were quite thrilled with the association with
brethren in the Lord during our week in Flint, Michigan, with the
Genessee congregation, during December. Brethren were present
from a number of different congregations and the spirit was
excellent.... We want to acknowledge a debt of gratitude to Jan
H. Fitzwater, South San Gabriel, California, who has for several
years been our individual clipping bureau on the west coast,
sending us packets of material related to the news of that
section.... We have a few copies of W. E. Vine's Commentary on
Romans and Commentary on John, and we will send you either of
them for only $2.00, but you must write at once.... This prompts

Zerr's New Testament Commentary, with both volumes now bound in
one cover. The price is only $6.00 for the complete New Testament
Commentary.... Our thanks to John S. Fulford, who again sent us a

souls for Christ. We hope that Neal will write his story for
us.... Norman H. Crowhurst, whose articles you have read in this

Missouri 65201. You can call Roy at 422-6443.... It would be
unfair not to tell our readers of a good thing, so let us mention
Reigner Recording Library, Audio-Visual Center, Union Theological
Seminary, Richmond, Virginia 23227. They have thousands of tape
recordings of sermons, theological lectures, Bible studies, panel
discussions, etc., from the outstanding men of our age at home
and abroad. You can borrow these absolutely free, the only cost
being the small postage fee for returning them. Send $2.00 for a
catalog of the library and you will be astounded at the material
available to you.... Herbert A. Jones, 2702 Richfield Road,

85021, has a new book titled "The Marriage Question Answered"
which sells for $1.00. This volume, in replying to a tract by Roy

Sr., declares that Lanier imputes Roman Catholic doctrine to God.
Both books deny that it is God's will to break up a family
because of a second marriage before coming to Christ.... We
mentioned to you before the booklet by Frank Rester, 3314 South
Irish Road, Flint, Michigan, 48507, under the title "The First
Epistle of Zedekiah." This is strong medicine against the clergy
system which has sprung up in Churches of Christ. You can secure
one free by requesting it.... Dr. C. C. Crawford will lead the
studies in depth each morning at the North American Christian
Convention, which will meet in Cobo Hall, Detroit, Michigan, next
July 8-11.... We have three definite goals for this year, if our
Lord wills. One is personal, one is congregational, but the other
relates to the paper. You can help us greatly in reaching it. We
want to send out 6000 copies to subscribers some month. To do
that, you will need to renew and secure others to subscribe. Will
you help us?... It is a long way in advance but I am looking
forward to being at the Rocky Mountain Men's Roundup, at Como,
Colorado, next August 19-21. The other two speakers will be James
DeForest Murch and Don DeWelt, and this assures that we should
have a very thrilling time in the Lord.... Nell and I are
saddened to hear of the death of our sister, Doris Morgan,
Hindley, Wigan, England. It was our privilege to stay in the home
of Brother and Sister Morgan and we came to love them very
sincerely for their works' sake.... Those who would like to

Charles Dailey, entitled "What is Happening in the Restoration
Movement?" It appears in the November issue of The
Pattern, 3217 N. E. 54th Street, Vancouver, Washington
98663.... You'll like the article by Lewis Foster, on
