     In our next issue we will say farewell to the readers of this journal as the December number marks the final month of publication. However, I shall begin immediately a series of articles on my life story and these will appear each month in Restoration Review, 1201 Windsor Drive, Denton, Texas 76201. You may send $3.00 for a two-year subscription and we urge you to do so, because Brother Garrett will assign me a column in which I can keep you posted on where I will be speaking.... We will send a free copy of my book of discourses which is entitled The Parable of Telstar and Other Talks to any college or university student who writes for it and makes a personal request. Recently it was my privilege to be with the little group of saints meeting at Hanover, New Mexico, near Silver City. It was a glorious experience and we had a great time in the Lord. The Chicago Area Ministers' Meet was an interesting experience for me since I knew most of the brethren involved. I was especially blessed in getting to visit the inner-city work which is being carried forward with a great deal of effectiveness.... The price of my book The Death of the Custodian, which will be off the press in January, has been set at $2.95 by the publishers. You may order yours now, and while doing so, we suggest that you ask to be placed on the permanent list to receive all of my books as they come from the press. We will bill you with the books when mailed and also enclose book lists and information about other materials in which you will be interested as a child of the Father.... If you are looking for a good gift book for someone who likes to study the Word let me suggest Halley's Bible Handbook, with its 860 pages of helpful Bible facts. It is $5.95. If you have someone who is new in the faith, or a younger person who needs to know the Book from the beginning, there is Hurlbut's Story of the Bible which is $7.95. You will be happy to give it!... Otto and Margaret Schlieper, of Hartford, Illinois, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on November 11. Our families have been very close for many years and it was Otto's mother who led my own mother to Christ.... We hope you will not forget that as soon as the December issue comes from the press, we will start proceedings to bring out the bound volume for this year under the title One in Christ. You may reserve as many of these as you like in advance and we will bill you for them when they are delivered. We regret that we will not know the exact price until the books have been bound but we will make them to you as cheaply as possible taking into consideration the rise in postage and other costs in this inflationary spiral. There will only be 2000 of the books bound and they will probably be gone in a few months.... We sincerely trust that you plan to make the scene at the Saint Louis Forum, Monday and Tuesday, December 29 and 30. You will read about the subjects to be discussed in our issue for last month, on page 160. Be sure and come if you can!... I am deeply grateful to those of you who wrote and expressed appreciation for my analysis of Jude, which occupied the better part of three issues. It was a blessing to me to write about this little letter which I think was so important to the cause of our Lord Jesus when Jude penned it. So far as I am concerned, it has not lost any of that importance.... I do not want to keep saying the same thing, but I am anxious that those of you who want to secure a copy of Commentary on the New Testament in one volume, by E. M. Zerr, write soon. The supply remaining is limited and soon it will be too late. This "commentary for the common man" is $7.00 per copy. Heaven Help Us is my book on the Holy Spirit and it sells for $2.95. We think you will especially appreciate the chapter dealing with the sin against the Holy Spirit.... If you have not yet read Against the Tide, the story of the life of Watchman Nee, we should like to have you do so.
