     Approximately 350 persons gathered at the First Christian Church building, in Rolla, Missouri, Friday night September 16, for the talk by W. Carl Ketcherside, on "The Basis of Christian Fellowship." Tom Dye directed the community singing. A mixed quartette sang one number. Martin Mitchum, one of the elders, presided. Seven points for use in consideration and study of the present divided state of the disciple brotherhood were offered. These were followed by seven factors which indicate that we are approaching a more rational and effective period in our investigation of the need for, and implementation of, Christian unity. Questionnaire cards were filled in by those in attendance. A majority indicated a feeling that such meetings accomplished good, and more were needed. A number of questions were directed to the speaker during the forum session following the talk.
