We've appreciated the fearless and free thought that you have set forth
from month to month. We rejoice in the doors that are being opened unto you as you strive to
lead brethren to a closer walk with their Lord and with one another. One of the things which
discourages me most is the apathy and indifference of many toward any effort toward bringing
about a unity of the believers. But more encouraging is the fact that there are also many who not
only long for Zion, but for a Zion without caste, creedal, color or any other kind of bars.

Your paper is truly soul-searching and thrilling. How the divisions in the
body of Christ hinder the winning of sinners to Him! I believe there is a new Restoration
Movement taking place and it certainly has been needed. We are so thankful for the part the
Lord is helping you fulfill in this re-evaluation of our attitudes and convictions. --
Indiana.

I have noticed references to you in many of the other publications that I
take and nearly all of them have been good. Many of the Canadian brethren of my acquaintance
take the Mission Messenger and all recommend it highly. --Nova Scotia.
Let me get it on record that I am enthusiastic about the work you are
doing and especially grateful for the contribution you make through Mission Messenger. I am
sure you are subject to much misunderstanding, criticism and even vilification, but this is the
price of leadership in the cause of truth. God grant you grace and strength to continue your
significant ministry. --Illinois.

Your paper is most refreshing. I just wanted to let you know that I have
appreciated it very much. Again may I say, that you have expressed my feelings for several years
better than I have ever said them. I only wish there were more men who were expressing these
views among our brethren everywhere. --Ohio.

Division can be healed without compromise if brethren have the desire.
Thanks partly to Mission Messenger's inspirational influence a division of some ten years
standing has been ended....We feel that we have acted in the true spirit of Christ as well as that
of the restoration by uniting with our brethren here. The Sand Creek doctrine of division and
separation is not the answer. --Illinois.

I found the May issue of the paper full of encouragement. I cannot
adequately express to you what a great help it is. I appreciate greatly your "signs of hope" listed
on page 8, and those noted by Robert Meyers. May God be praised for the courage and honesty
such as is reflected in the letters of these brethren. --Washington.

I am thankful there are Christians with courage such as yours! Your
work is painstaking and soul-searching and has given me a fresh insight into the wide scope of
Christianity. I have profited much by your studies of the Restoration Movement giving a clearer
picture of our present-day dilemmas. It would seem to me that knowledge and understanding
tempered with love are the means of achieving a richer, deeper fellowship.
--California.
