     This will be the general title for the subject-matter of Mission Messenger during the entire year of 1967. Starting with the January issue we will be conducting a series of word studies each month which we believe will constitute some of the most provocative reading we have ever presented. In an attempt to recapture for our age the vocabulary of the Holy Spirit, we shall give our readers the benefit of research and teaching experience which will make the word of God come alive to those who live in the twentieth century. The subscription price will continue at $1.00 per year, but we intend that some single issues shall be worth that much.

     All of the material for 1966 will be bound into book form at the close of the current calendar year, and this material running all the way from an apologetic on God, Christ, and revelation, to the analyses of worship, will be presented in a 192 page, full-indexed volume under the title "Deep Roots." Especially outstanding will be the lengthy article "Approach to Authority" which seeks to place the question of instrumental music in proper perspective to fellowship. Advance orders are being taken for "Deep Roots" at $2.49 per copy, payable upon delivery. After March 1, 1967 the price of the book will advance to $2.95 per copy.
