Subjects and speakers for the Hartford Forum, a gathering of free men and women in Christ, to be held December 27, 28, are as follows: "Are the scriptures the infallible, and inerrant word of God, and authoritative for Christians at all times?" Robert D. Chambless, Charles Boatman; "What Constitutes Valid Baptism?" F. L. Lemley, Keith Sigler; "What is the role of women in the church?" Jerry Phillips, Mrs. Carol Frederick; "Is the organization of local congregations cultural or revelational in origin?" Hoy Ledbetter, Albert McGee; "Is the present system of hiring a man to be the minister of a congregation having elders, in harmony with the new covenant scriptures?" Leroy Garrett, Ellis J. Crum. The audience will question all speakers.

All meetings will be held at Lewis and Clark Motor Lodge assembly room, and buffet meals will be available for all who attend, so brethren may eat together and share in learning and fellow experiences. Reservations must be made immediately by those who wish to stay at the lodge. Write to Berdell McCann, 127 Donna Drive, Hartford, Illinois 62048, or call him at (618) 254-6454, at once. Brethren will only be responsible for making advance arrangement.
