And in those days, when the number numero discipulorum factus est murmur of the disciples was multiplied, there Graecorum adversus Hebraeos eo quod arose a murmuring of the Grecians dispicerentur in ministerio cotidiano against the Hebrews, because their viduae eorum widows were neglected in the daily ministration. 6:2 convocantes autem duodecim 2. And they were not able to resist sapientiae et Spiritui quo loquebatur the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake. 6:11 tunc submiserunt viros qui 11. Then they suborned men, which dicerent se audisse eum dicentem verba said, We have heard him speak blasphemiae in Mosen et Deum blasphemous words against Moses, and against God. 6:12 commoverunt itaque plebem et 12. And they stirred up the people, seniores et scribas et concurrentes and the elders, and the scribes, and rapuerunt eum et adduxerunt in concilium came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council, 6:13 et statuerunt testes falsos 13. And set up false witnesses, which dicentes homo iste non cessat loqui said, This man ceaseth not to speak verba adversus locum sanctum et legem blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law: 6:14 audivimus enim eum dicentem 14. For we have heard him say, that quoniam Iesus Nazarenus hic destruet this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy locum istum et mutabit traditiones quas this place, and shall change the tradidit nobis Moses customs which Moses delivered us. 6:15 et intuentes eum omnes qui 15.
